Today is a very sad day for the Dallas skateboarding community and for all of the people Jon touched with his kind heart. He inspired us all with his true passion and love for skateboarding and life. A soft spoken, humble man, Jon had a fierce dedication and approach with the way he skated. He will be sorely missed by everyone who was in his presence, all of the kids he inspired and thousands of others who only knew of him. You will live in our hearts and memories forever, Jon. Jon was a pioneering champion for disabled skaters and practically made his invisible with an attitude and attack on the board true to his Texas roots.
